Steps to book an appointment through the SrankBazaar application:

• Download and install the SrankBazaar app on your smartphone if you haven't already
• Open the app and login in to app.
• Use the search bar to look for specific business or service you want to book an appointment with.
• You can use keywords, the business name or a category to find relevant things.
• Browse through the search results and tap on the business or service you're interested in. This will take you to the business's profile page.
• On the business profile page, you can book an appointment through call or WhatsApp.
• You can either dial the business phone no. or save the business's WhatsApp no. to start a chat with them.
• Inquire about appointment availability and provide necessary information.
• Confirm the appointment and set a reminder to make sure that you don't forget it.

• Launch the SrankBazaar app on your device
• If you don't not have an account, then, create a account first and then login
• Then go to "Account" and you will find an option for "Help Centre"
• Send your query on the mentioned email id, and you will get a revert from the team as soon as possible.

To update your profile information on SrankBazaar application you can follow these steps:

• Login to the SrankBazaar application. Access your profile by clicking on "Account"
• Go to "My profile" and there you will get an option to "Edit Profile"
• Click or tap on the section you wish to update and make the necessary changes.
• Click on "Update". Now go to "My profile" to review if the changes you have made are updated and all the information is correct.

To create a business profile on SrankBazaar app, follow the below mentioned steps:

• Download and install the SrankBazaar application on your device.
• Open the SrankBazaar application and login using your credentials (phone no.) if you already have an account, if not you will need to sign up for a new account.
• After logging in, go to "Account" and there will be an option to "Add Business".
• Click on "Add Business" and start filling all the necessary details that are being asked.
• After filling all the necessary information click on "Submit".
• Your business will get approved by the backend team as soon as possible
